Team Updates, Big Wins & What’s Next for RedRoots
The end of the year has been a busy and exciting time for the RedRoots team, packed with learning, collaboration, celebration, and big plans for the future.
Visit to York: A Look Into the Future of AI with MyPorta
Stephen, Matt, and Elise spent the morning in York with Mal Mal McCallion, learning about an exciting new AI-powered portal currently in development called MyPorta.
The visit gave the team a valuable insight into how AI is continuing to shape the property and digital space, and how new platforms like MyPorta could change the way people interact with services and information. It was a brilliant opportunity to explore what’s coming next in tech and how innovation will continue to support smarter, more efficient systems for businesses and clients alike.
Q4 Catch-Up at Farmer Copleys
We brought the full team together at Farmer Copleys for our Q4 catch-up, reflecting on the final quarter of the year and looking ahead to the exciting developments planned for 2026.
A huge congratulations to George, who won the Q3 Reel Challenge, smashing out a reel a week on socials for 12 weeks straight, significantly growing his online presence and setting the bar high for creative consistency. An incredible achievement and a well-deserved win.
We also heard from Simon Gates, who shared some brilliant stats, not only specific to RedRoots performance, but also wider market insights. One key takeaway was how listing your home earlier in the year can lead to really positive results, reinforcing the importance of timing and strategy in the property market.
It was a great session of reflection, motivation, and forward planning and a reminder of how powerful team collaboration is when shaping what’s next.
Charity Dog Walk Cheque Hand Over
We also had the pleasure of meeting with Frankie from Firefly to present the funds raised from our charity dog walk.
Thanks to everyone who took part and supported the event, we raised an amazing £315 in total, a brilliant result for a great cause and a true reflection of the community spirit behind the RedRoots network.
Looking Ahead to 2026
With innovation, growth, team achievements, and community impact all happening at once, there’s a lot to be excited about. From new tech developments and marketing initiatives to business growth and brand evolution, 2026 is already shaping up to be a huge year.
We’ve got big plans, big energy, and big ambitions and we can’t wait to see what the year brings 🚀
Here’s to what’s next for RedRoots.
