As summer rolls on, July has been a fantastic month here at RedRoots. From business milestones and record-breaking performances to sunny team get-togethers and birthday fun, there’s been plenty to shout about. Here’s a little peek into what we’ve been up to…
🌳 2 Years at Nostell – A RedRoots Milestone
This month we celebrated two amazing years at our Nostell office, and what a journey it has been! From a small family-run hub to a fast-growing team with big ambitions, we’ve come a long way in just 24 months.
To mark the occasion, we gathered the team for a good old-fashioned fuddle (for our non-Yorkshire friends, that’s a shared buffet!) and some sunshine games of cornhole outside the office. It was a brilliant chance to pause, reflect and raise a toast to how far we’ve come, and even more importantly, to look ahead at the exciting plans for the year ahead.
🏆 Partner Personal Bests – Records Are Being Broken!
Our partners have been absolutely smashing it this month — and we’re proud to shout about their achievements:
George set a new personal best for Market Appraisals — great work reaching more homeowners across his patch.
Ben hit a personal best for Sales Agreed, a fantastic result built on trust, consistency and brilliant client care.
George also hit a joint PB for Sales Agreed, showing just how strong his month has been.
Well done to all of our partners for pushing boundaries and building momentum in the market.
💼 Q2 Partner Meeting – Looking Ahead with Purpose
We brought the team together for our Q2 Partner Meeting this month, and it was packed with ideas, insight and inspiration.
We had the pleasure of welcoming Simon Gates, who helped us dig deep into the latest property stats and trends. Rob Brady led a brilliant session on defining the buyer avatar, helping us understand who our ideal buyers are and how to tailor our marketing accordingly. And Bryan Mansell from Gazeal joined us to talk about ways we can strengthen the sale process for our clients.
It was a valuable session that sparked great discussions, new ideas and plenty of excitement for what’s next.
