MARCH - What have the RedRoots been up to recently? 🍫🐥

As well as over indulging on Easter Eggs, we did actually give lots away too! We raised lots money for our nominated charity Yorkshire Children's Trust. the team have also given lots away!n

We kicked off celebrating March with our Nostell Neighbours Newport Land & Law who were educating and celebrating National Conveyancing week! We won some branded merch (the umbrella will certainly come in handy with these showers)

We managed to raise an incredible £215 for our nominated charity of Yorkshire Children's Trust, with our Easter Raffle. Thank you to all The Nostell Estate businesses who bought tickets and supported this amazing charity!

We have more fund raising events for Yorkshire Children's Trust so keep an eye out on our socials for more!

We made lots of new furry friends too! These girls wanted to buy some raffle tickets to win the eggs but we told them they would make their stomach's paw-ly. It sparked some thoughts on maybe a doggy raffle would go down a treat?!

Well done to our Facebook winner Dettie! Who won all these Easter Eggs, she is well and truly sorted for Easter now. We run regular community giveaways over on our Facebook page so make sure you are following us to take part!

Wakefield Property Market Update: July 2026

Wakefield's July data reads like a contradiction until you look closely. The district listed more homes than in any July of the last six years, reduced the price on more homes than in any July of the last six years, and still managed to agree fewer sales than last year. Yet the prices those sales achieved climbed by more than nine per cent.
