ReRooting - More news on RedRoots Move to Nostell Estate!

May marked the month for us as a business to pick the keys up to our new hub office based at Nostell Estate Business Park. In June, we hope to be able to officially move into our new base - just in time for Summer! Here the questions and answers from Director, Stephen Geer on the move.

Q: Why are you moving away from the High Street?

A: There a few reasons as to why we believe this move that we are making will be beneficially to help fulfil the longer term vision for the business. In a world where we continue to see the importance of being at the front end of innovating digital technology, there is less demand on needing to be on the High Street compared to recent years, and to be honest the last thing the high street needs is another Estate Agency!

For many years the high street was seen as a more convenient location for people to visit your office to discuss various matters however as footfall has dropped over the years and with car parking changes, I believe it is more of an inconvenience for most. One of the big positives about the move to Nostell is the experience our clients will have. Access to free car parking in the business part of the estate (next to Nostell Priory), they can come and meet at the local cafe and enjoy walks in the stress-free National Trust grounds. This is a far cry from what the modern day high street offers.

Q: When will you leave the high street?

A: Hopefully by the end of June we will have hopefully completed our transition to our new hub.

Q: What is the longer term vision for RedRoots Property?

A: The way our business model will work will include the involvement of specialist, experienced estate agents working specifically in certain locations. These specialist agents will be self-employed and use RedRoots and the strong Yorkshire brand on license to provide a platform for them to provide their optimal service. The benefits to our clients will be that they deal with an experienced business owner selling their home, who are results driven to provide a service from start to finish. This method ensures the agents are continually looking at ways to improve their service and hold full accountability to the clients they serve. There are a LOT of bad practices within Estate Agency and here at RedRoots we are looking for ways to solve this.

Q: How do you help your clients?

A: Our clients are those who desire a fantastic service when it comes to moving home. Those that value one to one contact with an agent who is not capped by a 9-5 traditional office hours set up. Not only do we help people move home but we also help people with home improvements, as well as investors build a property portfolio to safeguard their future wealth. We have strong links with other useful services such as mortgage brokers and Financial Planners so essentially whatever your property needs, here at RedRoots we have you covered.
