Why I Became a Self-Employed Agent
I began my career in estate agency seven years ago as an apprentice and worked my way up to Operations Manager. Along the way, I built experience across every stage of the property process, which means I truly understand what it takes to get a move from instruction to completion successfully.
One of the biggest frustrations I saw in the traditional estate agency model was clients being passed from pillar to post, waiting for call backs, unsure who to speak to, and restricted to 9–5 viewings that simply don’t suit modern life.
Becoming self-employed allowed me to do things differently.
Now, you deal directly with me from start to finish. No being passed around, no chasing departments. Just clear, consistent communication and genuine accountability.
My Patch
I cover Armthorpe and surrounding areas including Edenthorpe, Kirk Sandall, Barnby Dun and Hatfield.
These villages offer the perfect mix of community feel, green spaces and convenience. With plenty of scenic walking routes, great local cafés and strong transport links into Doncaster and beyond, it’s easy to see why demand here remains strong. Living locally means I understand not just the property market, but the lifestyle, from the best streets to the hidden gems that make each area special.
