1 year Anniversary at Nostell, Matt with his most challenging race yet and Lucie signs up to volunteer in her local community

On the12th May, Matt took part in the Fred Whitton Challenge and that’s exactly what it is! 112 miles on the toughest route in Britain. Having completing this challenge twice before, he wanted to give it a third shot. Knocking 2 hours off his first ever race time, he completed it in 8:07 hours.

It is up there with one of the hardest rides with the 93rd mile cycling up Hardknott Pass which is the direct route from the central Lake District to West Cumbria sharing the title of the steepest road in England . It takes a lot of effort and willpower to finish the event, so the team is really proud of you Matt.

We have also celebrated our 🎈1 Year Anniversary of getting the keys for our Property Hub at Nostell Business Estate. Last May we broke the norm and came off the high street and moved into our new premises. Relocating our Property Hub from the high street to Nostell Business Estate in Wakefield was the perfect move for us. Our office in Wakefield is now surrounded by greenery & nature which makes daily work life a lot more tranquil & enjoyable for the whole team. We are situated in the middle of an array of local businesses who we have established brilliant work & personal relationships with and we really feel part of the Nostell Estate community.

Lucie our Social Media Manager has become a volunteer for Age UK as a befriender in which she goes and visits elderly people in her local area of Pontefract at their home for a chat and a cup of tea who may find themselves quite lonely on a day to day basis. Time is one of the most important things you can give someone so well done for your efforts in your community Lucie πŸ‘πŸΌ

In between selling houses and full renovations, we do not know where Matt gets the time for to train and take part in races. His second race of the month was Pontefract 10K. Finishing in 44 minutes 35 seconds. A breeze after his 8 hour bike race the week before! πŸ₯‡

May was also super successful for Sales Agreed too! Well done team πŸ‘πŸΌ
