January was an extremely bust month bringing properties to market especially for Laura - Sprotbrough's Independent Estate Agent. Laura had a client wanting to list their home for sale on Westmorland Way, DN5 so she did their valuation. Happy with Laura's service they instructed her to put the house up for sale. Laura knew she had clients wanting a house on this road with this criteria, so outside the property she called them. They booked a viewing for the next day and offered on it straight away. So within 48 hours of Laura valuing the house - the house was SOLD!!!

This is the definition of an Estate Agent who is knowledgeable of the local area that they live in, personal with their clients, and always keeping in touch with them!
