Finding My Place at RedRoots: Rachel’s Journey So Far 🌟

Rachel, Independent Agent for Wrenthorpe, St John’s and surrounding areas, shares her experience of joining RedRoots, the support she’s received from the Hub, and why honesty and integrity are at the heart of her work.

A Culture Built on Honesty and Integrity

I’d like to take this opportunity to congratulate Matt and Stephen on creating a work culture built on honesty and integrity. These values are at the heart of RedRoots and were a big part of why I chose to partner with them.

Having previously worked in toxic environments, it’s refreshing to experience the complete opposite. At RedRoots, I feel like I’m part of a team again, one that is genuinely disrupting the industry for the better. Not only do they nurture and support their partners, but they’re also constantly looking for ways to move the business forward. At the core of everything is a simple aim: to give customers the very best service and a positive experience.

Why I Love Being an Estate Agent

For me, estate agency combines two of my favourite things, people and houses. Moving is one of the most stressful things anyone can go through, so my goal is always to take away as much of that stress as possible. I want clients to feel supported every step of the way, never treated as just a number.

The Value of Home Staging

With over six years’ experience in staging homes, I know how much of a difference presentation makes. Honest advice on how to prepare a property not only leads to better photos, but also attracts more viewings and ultimately higher offers. It’s so rewarding to help people start a new chapter in their lives, and I’m proud to be part of their onward journey.

The Power of Partnership

Although I’m technically self-employed, being partnered with RedRoots means I’m never alone. The Hub team are always on hand to provide assistance, and my fellow partners act as brilliant sounding boards. Our CRM system is one of the best I’ve ever worked with, streamlining the process from start to finish, and we’re only just beginning to explore the ways AI can enhance our industry, which I find really exciting.

A Seamless Onboarding Experience

The onboarding process was seamless, thanks to the support of the marketing team. They made it easy to get all my pages and channels up and running, ensuring everything looked professional from the start. I particularly enjoyed filming my Getting to Know Me video, which gave me the chance to share why I chose RedRoots and what makes my approach different.

Looking Ahead

Now, just two months in, everything is starting to take off. I feel supported every step of the way and know that everyone at RedRoots wants me to succeed. I’ve had such a positive start to my journey and can’t wait to see where it takes me next.

Buying your first home is hard enough without policy announcements adding to the noise. This week the Prime Minister unveiled a new scheme aimed at helping first-time buyers in England. Here's what we know so far, what it could mean for you, and where the question marks are.

Wakefield's July data reads like a contradiction until you look closely. The district listed more homes than in any July of the last six years, reduced the price on more homes than in any July of the last six years, and still managed to agree fewer sales than last year. Yet the prices those sales achieved climbed by more than nine per cent.
